We went to a pasta making class in Spanish, the teacher translated all the complicated parts into English for us. Great atmosphere and the results were delicious.

A really nice cooking a school with a range of classes and well kept facilities. The intro to Indian class was great fun with a guest teacher and a good group. If you're coming alone, I recommend the Saturday lunchtime classes because there's a mix of couples and non-couples. Evening classes seem to be more couples oriented.
