Bought a table there. Looked pretty and with the cost, I thought it would be strongly built. Unfortunately after a few months, the legs started to slide loosely outward. When I got in touch with the customer service, they were extremely impolite and unhelpful.
Do not buy furniture from them. Pricy low quality stuff
I know everything looks great at their store and their website . If you are not buying anything from stock or from their store dont even bother buying. We only bought 4 chairs 1st of aug , we were told to wait until oct , then chairs arrived mid oct and when they arrived they were all damaged and not even the same quality . When we asked for a replacement they told us to wait for another 60 days because they dont have stock. Then we went and asked for refund they say they dont do refunds.. , Finally after all the arguments , they said they will refund our money . Hopefully we will receive the money next week..
