The best ramen I have ever had and i have had a lot in Japan, in China, in the uk and most of the ramen shops in Barcelona. Just like the previous reviewer said, incredibly creamy, original noodles cooked to your preference, and some unique ramen dishes for each season. Highly recommend the yu-zu and the cold sesame ramen. Of course the original Tonkutsu is amazing too. We are addicted to kanada ya....

Incredibly creamy and rich chicken and/or pork broth. The noodles are super fresh and you can even have them boiled to your preferred \hardness/bite\. Nice and fast service as well. I came the first time last week and now six days later I'm there again. It's that good! Definitely recommend to get extra bacon pork chashu and the homemade apple ice tea.
