i have rent a scooter for 10 days and they gave me an upgrade. The scooter was perfect for the city and this company was the cheapest on the market. i recommend them 100% the people are very friendly. I will definitely rent another scooter next time i come to Barcelona

Stay away from Jota Ibiza. Absolute worst rental experience I have ever had. I rented a brat-style bike from the 80s which was in unacceptable condition anyways but I still took it as I wanted to explore the island for just two days. This proved to be a mistake. Gas tap broke the first day so they gave me Yamaha x-max, which ironically also stopped working later that day. They never returned the deposit of 300! Do yourself a favour and stay away from Jota

Nothing to say except « perfect »! I got impressed by the services provided, so easy to reach them out and get answers to any of my questions. The scooter was great as expected and it allows me to have a beautiful day in Costa Brava. I got an unexpected issue with the scooter on the way and I got supported and helped in a speed light, this is really impressive.
