I have been a patient for 4 years! After my first 2 failed attempts I decided as a single person to move to Barcelona from a different CONTINENT just to purse my dream of being a mum. After my move the service went dramatically down. They treated me like a customer and not like a patient. My emails were not replied on time and it was impossible to reach somebody by phone. Many times the medical team has been very rude and also told me they don't have time to check my emails. Another thing is that the clinic sent my emails to another patient with my personal information like passport number, birth date, etc. After several times complaining and no response from the clinic I called this patient as she contacted me for receiving my emails. Until today I haven't received an explanation or apology from IVI Barcelona. After my last failed treatment this year the only concern from the clinic was again to continue and spend more money. For all these reasons I DO NOT RECOMMEND IVI BARCELONA. Now I will officially report the IVI Barcelona for breaking the GDPR rules!

IVI how can I thank you enough!....Our life changer! I couldn’t be more thankful for the caring and very understanding staff. They treat you very personally which is very important and what you need when your going through such an emotional process. The staff were unbelievable! They (especially Nuria!) answered all my questions how ever small and gave me their time wisely. The day of treatment was made really special and they made it let it be actually quite romantic! We held hands the doctor explained exactly what he was doing so we felt very relaxed. We were given our own room to chill in afterwards and was allowed to take our time. Thank you so much for helping bring my daughter into the world IVI !! I couldn’t be more happy and it was such a positive experience! Thank you and see you soon for number two!
