My boyfriend had to take an antigen test of 4h to return to his country. They charged him 60 euros. Once in the airport he could not open the document from the web page, we tried several times and called to get some assistance. As the lab was closed because it was a Friday afternoon, nobody could help and he lost his flight. They agreed on refunding the 60 euros but there were additional expenses as new flight tickets, personal inconveniences and a pcr that he had to take again, that is not compensated. I think for 60 euros for an antigen test, they should offer many more guarantees

I went to the urgency with so much pain due to an kidney stone and they put me under medication really fast and started doing the necessary exams straight away. The nurses, radiologists and the doctors were always caring. The facilities are not new and there is a lot that can be improved on this matter but the most important thing is well taken care of, which is the treatment the patients receive.

This is my 2nd time in this hospital for plastic surgery.15-17 June room 301. Once again everything was 5*. All the staff are amazing, kind, patient caring and nothing is too much for them. From the moment I arrived until I left I was treated like a queen. They patiently changed my bed moved me from side to side didn’t get annoyed at how many times I asked for water as I couldn’t remember. Thank you to everyone on the ward for everything you did to make my stay comfortable I’m sorry I can’t remember all your names. I’ll probably see you next year for my birthday present to myself.

The worst hospital experience In my whole life. Stay away from this place!! Came in due to a kidney stone and just wanted to run away as fast as possible . Spent more than 10 hours in this place and it was truly a scary experience. The doctors are very distant and spend the whole day just typing away in their keyboards. The whole staff is oblivious and inefficient. Every exam the doctors asked for as part of my consultation in the emergencies was then confronted by other doctors when getting to the service saying they couldn’t do it then. I spent more than 10h in the place and they didn’t even offer me a glass of water. Go Back to school you idiots!!

Thought I had broken foot so arrived at hospital at 9.50am on a Saturday morning. Left at 11.05 after x-rays and consultations. Maybe I was lucky with the number of doctors or patients that day - but amazing experience all round. Thanks.
