I want to thanks for all the teams working in the emergency department. They had so many works without any complain,there are packed with patients.so was long long hours to wait. They are very professional and patient to take care of us. I had a bluefish alergia was sent there the day before yesterday. ...I really appreciate their hard work and professionalism.they took me out of the risk . I’m visiting from the US and needed some medical attention with an infected wound. Clinic was very fast and organized; was treated in about 30 minutes and came in mid-day. Note for travelers from outside the EU. 1: Bring your passport. 2: check if your insurance in your country covers you abroad, sometimes they do which is awesome because you WILL NEED IT! 3: go prepared knowing almost no one will speak your language. Bring your phone and translate things if needed to express medical terms. Very friendly staff but be patient!

Nice staff and doctors BUT 13 hours waiting time for a CT scan results. No drinks or food provided. Staff barely speaks English. Unacceptable...
