I wouldn’t recommend to anyone to rent a home from Engel & Volkers. they stole my money ,didn’t keep their word about refunding me as I encountered problems with the apartment even though this was on the contract. Please guys don’t believe them that’s my piece of advise

So many shady things with these guys I do not even know how to start. If you are a landlord might want to go with them; if you are an honest individual person interested in renting a property, you will do well in avoiding them. They are there just to protect the landlord (and make sure you pay crazy fees) to later dissapear should any problem arise. Not only that, they have no problem in lying and playing dirty so the owner can get it his way. Honest people out there: avoid these scumbags
