Excellent place to rent a car, motorbike and/or scooter. Prices are cheap comparing to other rental places. Gian Franco really helps you understand how to move in the city and where is best to park. I rented a car to go to Girona and everything worked out perfectly: easy to pick it up and hand it in, car super clean and rate super competitive. If you need to move inside and outside the city this is the best place to go!

Not recommended! First, they were not responsive to emails when we were told that was the best way to reach them. Finally we had to make an expensive international call on our US cell phone when dropping off the car. Then, they made a fraudulent 100 charge on the credit card we left as a deposit 5 days after dropping off the car and they had already inspected the car and refunded the deposit. Of course they were unresponsive when we contacted them asking for an explanation for the charge. We had to report a fraudulent charge through our credit card company. Do not trust Ecoandone!!
My boyfriend and me we rented a moto. Very good service. The owner was very nice and supportive! We had an amazing time!!! The best place the best way of enjoying the city! Thanks
Before renting a small van from EcoandOne, we asked if we would be able to return the van to the airport instead of shop in the city. John Franco said yes and that he would email us on where to deliver the vehicle closer to drop off day. We rented from them based on this promise, as we would be driving to airport from Sitges, and it defeated the purpose of renting the car if we had to drive all the way back into the city and then pay for a taxi to get to the airport. When we didn’t hear from John Franco, we called him and he insisted it’s better for us if we bring to the shop. Just kept repeated that when we said that’s not what we originally discussed. Felt very slimy. We caved and said we would do that if he could have a taxi ready for us at the shop, as our flight was at 11:20am. Driving into the city on our flight morning, traffic was horrible and we got to the shop at 9:45am. We were already cutting it close for our flight, and upon arrival, there was no where to park to return vehicle (at a car rental shop?!) and John Franco had NO TAXI waiting for us (after two calls to remind him on the drive). He told us one would be there in 20 minutes so it would be better if we stood out on the busy street to hail one. We were standing on the street for 40 minutes before an empty cab finally drove by. The taxi to the airport was only 25 minutes, so we would have made our flight if John Franco had the taxi waiting for us as promised. Because of all the missed promises, my boyfriend and I missed our flight back to Seattle and had to repurchase all new tickets through another airlines (totally 2600 Euros). I’ve emailed EcoandOne to request any form of refund, with no reply. We got completely screwed and I don’t recommend anyone, especially tourists, use their service.
