It’s all plastic and disposable cups, no option of proper ceramic cups or proper cutlery. Staff has no capacity to act on this or listen to feedback. It is part of a chain (Moncho’s?)

Catatonicly slow service. Wanted to buy bottled water and the guy just wouldn’t take my money. The guy serving around 1pm today needs to be fired! Food looked great but the dude serving is a joke.
