Long story short. Workshop made diagnostics of the truck and suggested to replace parts for significant price, our idea to try cheaper options first was rejected. Despite they promised to get parts next day, one of the parts wasn't available; truck also couldn't leave the workshop due to Autolica' statement that it is \unsafe to drive\. As a result truck spent 10 days in the workshop waiting for the part it doesn't need. During this long parking time workshop didn't try to be more flexible or find another solution. The truck was fixed in another workshop for half a day and price was x20 times lower! On the day of departure it still wasn't clear how long it would be necessary to wait.

Poor customer service. I’d just spent 5200 at MERCEDES Valencia, a fault developed, minor, told to take it into nearest merc dealer which happened to be this one.. They told me my back axle was bent & Valencia shouldn’t have done 5000’s of work on a faulty axle.. To cut a long story short, Valencia & Barcelona communicated with each other & Barcelona refitted a washer that was supposed to compensate for the bent axle & charged me an additional 300 for the privilege!! Telling me to pursue Valencia for reimbursement. MERCEDES will never get another cent of me. AVOID read the reviews worldwide, MERCEDES stinks

Despreocupación total en la recepción y entrega, con retraso y sin siquiera avisar telefónicamente, la reparación eso sí, bien cara como corresponde, miran al bolsillo, pero no al tuyo. Tuve que enfadarme para que me entregaran el vehíuclo, solo para averigar una semana más tarde que me habían llenado el depósito de aceite más de la cuenta, lo que hizo saltar el correspondiente error. No fué la primera vez que me atendieron mal, pero sí será la última. Es una auténtica vergüenza que Mercedes se permita tener este desastre de talleres.
