Great overall experience, we loved the open kitchen layout. Portions are big compared to other tasting menus, it is difficult to finish the long menu. Wine pairing was lovely as well. The staff was very kind, including the chef Sergio Torres, who presented some of the dishes himself. The pauses between dishes, notably from mains to desserts could have been a bit shorter.

Inspiring delightful evening. Elegant well designed venue. Educated and professional service. Passion and technical execution, plus entertainingly creative. Date of visit: November 2018

Had New Year’s Eve dinner here and it was a fun experience. Very impress by the open kitchen and the energy of the staff. Service was impeccable. Food was great but a bit salty to my taste. Celebrated the new year with other diners and the entire staff (also had grapes) and really liked the warm atmosphere

We had a magic night. The open kitchen the middle of a beautifully decorated warehouse sets the perfect scene for the fashion walk of carefully crafted dishes. The service was phenomenal, although they're English was sometimes poor or non existent. The popcorn icecream bite was surprisingly delicate, the fishes and onion soup were some of our favourites. Adding several photos of the plates.

To think the popcorn they served really was the start of a magical experience. The executive chef came to greet us, and unbeknownst to us at the time, also welcome us to the show that was about to begin. The service, particularly from the wait staff, was absolutely amazing. They were like eagles looking at every table and diner to make sure dishes were quickly cleared, water was re-filled in a flash, and requests were taken care of before you could fully raise your hand. They even wore speedy-sneakers in order to make their movements more nimble. The food was also spectacular, with the perfect blend of the best possible ingredients, master technical cooking, and detail-oriented presentation. The codfish left a remarkably lasting impression on us, as did the \Age of Cocoa\. Both the food and service stand on a class of their own compared to other Michelin establishments in Barcelona, and I would be shocked if CHT wasn't well on their way to receiving a third star. We will be longing for our next visit to Barcelona, where we will for sure come back to pay CHT another visit.
