Don't both with the repair service it's rubbish. I go the part direct from the manufacturer in 3 days, they had my camera 2 weeks and they had not got the part, so could not do the repair. All they did was send email to generate sales!

The lens on my four years old mirrorless Sony camera died at the worst of times, in the middle of a visit to Barcelona. Buying a new camera was out of the question.
