The doorman didn’t let us open the door and stood as if he were not aware of our existence. The door was locked from inside. Then a customer inside was about to walk out the door, but this doorman didn’t open the door while my husband and I stood there... As a long-time fan and customer of Cartier all the way from Japan, who were planning to buy my birthday gift from this boutique, it was nothing but a disappointment. We felt very offended by the disrespectful manner and even wondered if this was something to do with the fact we are Asians...

One of the worst experience I have ever had in a luxury store. Me and my friend been waiting for more than 20 minutes for someone to assist us, nobody was approaching to ask if we need anything or be invited to have a seat or a refreshment while we wait, it was just security guards looking after us like we were Thieves. Very disappointed as me and my friend were about to get our watch and bracelet together.
My mother had bought a Cartier watch from this store; she hardly wore it and yet the leather strap discoloured to an ugly yellow from it's original pink; in very little time. We went to the store to see what they could do but they refused to assist. A new strap would cost 350 euros with no guarantee that it would not discolour as well. Horrible quality.
Simply the only place to shop for diamonds...personally a big fan of Montse.
I canceled my credit card payment on July 12 at the shop in Barcelona, but it has not been processed yet so I will be charged for the payment from my credit card company.
