STAY AWAY. Place is trash, with trash service and a piece of trash behind the register. Steak was rubber. No forks, and only gave me two ketchup packs for a plate of meat and fries. Bbq with no sauce. SAVE YOUR MONEY

We ordered from Bbq express twice. The first time we ordered: a baked potato (they came as multiple small potatoes.) we asked for sour cream and Bacon with it (none of this came). We ordered “palomitas de pollo” which is like popcorn chicken & we loved them. (Didn’t come with the side of ranch we requested). Everything else was fine. The delivery driver did not have change (even though we specified paying cash). We decided to order again two days later and got the same chicken. We even ordered extra, because we knew we would want left overs... when the chicken arrived it was completely different. We called but my Spanish is sub par so we decided on using what’s app to talk. She told me if we hadn’t eaten it, she would change it for what we expected. I told her in my description of the problem that we didn’t like these ones, other wise we would just keep them. She said since I tried ONE of them, they couldn’t help us. She said that means they lose money (makes me think if anything is returned, that dish may be resold). Scary and unsanitary. I woild Not recommended between poor customer service and wrong delivery both times.
Didn’t want to take an order through just eat because apparently they don’t take cash at this time of night. What type of service is that lol. After reading the reviews I’m actually happy they cancelled now haha
Stay away, they are a trap you dont wan to fall in
BBQ express nights may not be on the list of favourites for quite a few people , however , I assure it's highly likely because they don't understand what FOOD is. This restraunt gets busy from time to time, even so that they might run a late order for you once , but don't get discouraged because with every customer you feel their need to strive to serve you best they know how. It's a good restraunt , and they care about you. I'm just saying it as it is .
