Big shop, lots of space and wide variety of products and brands for the outdoors. A bit pricey, though, when compared to similar shops and online platforms. Space has been rearranged due to covid-19 measures in place to have less commercial clutter and more free space between various stands and aisles. Its normally not crowded, either that or I've been lucky to always go there when its quiet. Definitely not as crowded as Decathlon (the big european brand for outdoors retail). This is a shop for people who are really into the outdoors and look for the best brands and don't mind paying a bit or a lot more for the best performing gear. Cant provide much feedback regarding staffs' expertise regarding the products available, have only bought one pair of Salomon boots here and they were on sale and I knew what I wanted, so didn't need much advise from staff. All in all, its a nice shop, and staff leaves you on your own to peruse around without the pressure to try something on to buy it.

I normally do not leave bad reviews but maybe this one will help to improve your shop's customer service. Barrabes is a really lovely store, it has lots of options etc. Maybe that day I got very unlucky but the experience was not so good. I know my spanish is not great but really I tried my best - the guy helping me to choose the boots really didn't care (maybe got scared that we will not be able to communciate I dont know :) ). The waiting time was super long, once I got to try the boots he never bothered to come back and ask how is it etc. I then decided to nicely pack them for him and leave the shop. I will never go back - maybe as an online cutomer to avoid feeling bad for my languages skills which I am working on :)
