Very nice hotel in the heart of the city in a quiet small street next to the Fontana subway station. Good value for the price, helpful and kind staff and it has a lovely small yard as well.
Well located, really close to a metro station and to Parc Guell. Very friendly staff and the room has a good size with comfortable bed. If you are a big person, be aware that shower is really small.
The hotel is beautiful, updated big rooms. We have a small kitchenette and large bathroom. The windows have shutters on the outside, so the room is completely dark at night. The staff was very friendly. Just a block from the metro and very easy to locate. The bed was very comfortable and there were extra pillows. The bathroom had nice amenities. The room power and air conditioning is activated by your room key. You have to drop off the room key if you leave, the staff holds it up front and it is open 24/7. For the location, price, and quality, we will definitely stay here again.
Only the best words for this hotel. A really nice breakfast. Room is more then enough and is fully packed with whatever you would need. Honestly, the only thing they could add is a phone charger or a USB plug next to the bed. Service was perfect and the staff was amazing. Can't give enough stars :)
1 star of bad experience with refunding. The hotel was closed to all visitor in April 2020 and cancelled my hotel bookings. Hotel would not refund my bookings to my credit card. Hotel asked for my IBAN banking info, only informed me that hotel will take 12% fee from my booking price before refunding. I am from USA, we do NOT have account with IBAN. Hotel would not accept my American SWIFT account info. Anyway, I have to get a family member living in Europe for their European IBAN account, email the IBAN to hotel for refund. Nothing. No refund. Nada. This is after the hotel initial cancel date of March 2020, until now, June 30, 2020.
Very good location, clean rooms, kitchen and equipments in the room and the staff very helpful and kind.
Hotel is in nice neighborhood, there are plenty of restaurants and little local shops around. Rooms are fine, with spacious bathroom. Good wifi, nice stuff and tasty breakfast with fresh juice served every day. We’ve got kitchenette in the room. Hotel also has little garden.
