This is not your typical hotel or hostel however it was cleaner and better maintained than any of the hotels or hostels we stayed at in Barcelona. The room was very quiet and comfortable and it is in a building which is pretty centrally located...quite convenient. We stayed for 4 nights and I would have preferred to stay there longer rather than the other places we stayed at. This probably isn't the best place for people who are trying to party all night but for us it was the perfect place to end a few long days of walking around the city. Pretty surprised to see how many negative reviews this hostel has on Google. Ended up staying here for three nights and had a pleasant experience. Our room was very spacious and clean. Wifi was super fast, A/C blew cold and the kitchen was fully equipped. Even the shared bathrooms were always clean with fresh towels. There is a 24hr market beside the apartment building and the metro line is literally a minute away. AAI @ Rooms has everything needed for a comfortable stay in Barcelona at an unbeatable price. Highly recommended!
Good place, clean room with kitchen, kind owner and family.
The worst hotel that I've seen. The bed is uncomfortable and the room is crowded. And actually you shared the same flat with the owner rather than lodging into a hotel. The staff going in to the room every day and night is very annoying. They smoke in the room so you smell it every morning. I wouldn't go here again.

Endroit a fuir très sale et il y a quatres caméras dans les parties communes pour soit disent vitre sécurité mais on ce sent espionner et votre porte de chambres et verrouillé par un digicode que tous le mondes connaît et la personne qui vous resoit n'est pas du tous aimable
