Arrived in emergency need of toilet and it was closed for 15 mins for cleaning!! They accepted it was an emergency before I had to show my medical card and let me in but why close a public service during the day?? 1 to use it.

Un auténtico robo, los baños sucios, faltaba papel y la mayoría no funcionaban.
Hoy he tenido que utilizar los baños de la estación de Atocha,aparte que han subido la tarifa ,a 0.70 céntimos,estaban sucios todos urinarios y los lavabos.La persona encargada de su limpieza,estaba de charla con una amiga.Le he comentado que además de la subida de tarifa ,los baños estaban sucisimos, y ni me ha mirada y ha seguido con su charla como si la cosa no fuera con ella.Penoso, estaban mejor cuando eran públicos.
