Left my children in the rain to chase short more profitable calls. This was despite repeated calls to the dispatcher. I'm surprised these clowns are allowed to operate. (3 cars refused us entry).

They refuse to speak to non Spanish speakers. Hung up on me 3 times when I spoke in English
The worst taxi company you will ever come across, they will not order a taxi and will repeatedly hang up on you if you are English. Waited outside for over an hour
Phoned and booked taxi to collect next morning. Phone operator was helpful in spite of my poor Spanish. Taxi arrived on time as booked. Overall good service in my experience.
They dont respond, they make you wait, they send the taxis to the wrong address. They respond in 10 minutes. Once we had to wait 50 mins despite 3 calls. And they are the only service provider.
