Horrible Experience, I have never seen a worse hairdresser, I had my haircut and wash appointment with CARMEN, she destroyed my hair, washed it with a lot of stress and violence as if I was in prison and gave me the shortest haircut that was completely different from the photo I showed. This is the worst hair salon in Madrid, I completely don't recommend it and specially if you booked with Carmen, please avoid her at all costs if you want your hair to stay alive. PS: I got a hair infection bacteria because of the tools they use at this hair Salon, few days after the service I saw a dermatologist and he told me this is a hair infection because of lack of cleanness for hair tools. Horrible Experiencia, nunca había visto peor peluquera, me destrozó el pelo, lo lavó con mucho estrés y violencia como si estuviera en la cárcel y me hizo el corte más corto que era completamente diferente a la foto que les mostré. Esta es la peor peluquería de Madrid, no la recomiendo en absoluto y especialmente si reservaste con Carmen, por favor evítala a toda costa si quieres que tu cabello se mantenga vivo.

Llevo ya más de un año yendo a esta peluquería. Me he hecho tanto láser de diodo, como corte de pelo y tratamientos para hidratarlo. Siempre vuelvo porque el servicio es de calidad y el trato es excelente. Son unas profesionales que se nota que disfrutan de su trabajo. Así da gusto ir a la peluquería.
