Had to move some personal items from Barcelona to UK. They went the extra mile to assist during the whole process. Also with a very competitive price! I would recommend Bags&Go at any time and I’d use their services in the future without thinking!

We had a long stop over between our 05h00 arrival at the Cruise Terminal and and our flight at 21h30. Also, travelling with 5 various sized pieces of luggage - Bags & Go came to the rescue! We had cautiously booked in advance however, our fears were allayed when we spotted the Bags & Go kiosk a few steps from our luggage in the arrivals hall. Having released our luggage we enjoyed a full day in Barcelona. The mild concern we had collecting the luggage at El Prat Airport was also unnecessary. The only difficulty was locating the luggage collection office at El Prat's Terminal. Quite a distance from our check in desk. Well done Bags & Go - it was a real pleasurable and polite service

DO NOT USE THEM! When you make a reservation online there is no mention of where to leave your bags. Assumed that someone would be waiting for us in baggage claim or outside. We looked around for anyone from Bags &Go for over an hour. We ended up leaving with our suitcases. When I finally talked to someone from Bags & Go they said that in the small print(terms and conditions) that we were supposed to drop the bags off somewhere at the airport. I read the tiny print(terms and conditions) twice! There is NOTHING said about where to leave your bag! TOTAL SCAM! Lost 26 euros. I plan on disputing this charge with my credit card company. Worst experience ever!

Geweldige service, waardoor we kofferloos door Barcelona konden rondlopen. Enige minpuntje, je kunt helaas niet op de dag zelf reserveren.

Prima service. Helaas werkte de website niet helemaal waardoor we ipv 8 of 12, 15 per koffer moesten betalen en toen werkte de PIN-automaat ook nog eens niet. Verder prima service. Wel even zoeken op de airport naar het kantoor. Heerlijk om nog even door Barcelona te kunnen lopen zonder koffers!
