I have à Mitsubishi car and have to change my plate do the ITV .....so I went to the garage to fix some mechanical issues ( I don’t speak very well spanish and I am a women ) I was told that I should do something that I did not ask for and cost a lot I pushed back Than I asked for an estimation before having an appointment the guy refused to give me a basic estimation of the costs who does that !!!! Legally I don’t go to a garage and pay upfront I am a foreign but I am not stupid .... I don’t recommend it’s unethical and unprofessional Mitsubishi representative

Lamentable orientación al cliente por su responsable de taller. Nunca más llevaré allí el coche aunque sea el más cercano a casa. Prefiero hacer más km. Instalé unos sensores de aparcamiento delanteros , resulta que no detectaban objetos frontales. Ante mi asombro pido que me los quiten, me devuelven el dinero pero me dejan los dos orificios en el parachoques, sin preocuparse de poner una tapa en el mismo color .. ese es el nivel de este taller.

Fuimos a ver un coche hace tiempo. Esperamos 3 horas a que alguien nos atendiera, pacientemente. Al final les pido que, por favor, nos atiendan y encima fueron groseros y bordes con nosotros. Nunca faltamos el respeto ni levantamos la voz, solo les hicimos ver que no era normal tener a unos clientes 3 horas esperando (y no precisamente por sobrecarga de trabajo). Nos fuimos de allí por no montar un pollo, pero igual que se dicen las cosas buenas se dicen las malas. NO SABEN ATENDER AL CLIENTE, FUERON BORDES Y GROSEROS CON NOSOTROS. Deben estar sobrados con las ventas, porque si no, no lo entiendo. Compré el coche en otro concesionario, donde fueron encantadores y atentos. No lo recomiendo en absoluto. La honra hay que ganársela.
