The jetski tour was great but it took them 6 weeks to return the caution of 100. During the 6 weeks, I sent 6 mails in total but they only respond to two of them. I also called them many times but they either didn't respond on the phone, or told me that they would call me back but I never received a call back. Some of them also don't speak English or very bad English which made the communication even harder. I only give them 2 stars (and not 1) because the tour was good.

We booked parasalling but the weather didnt allow us to do it, the parachute broke, yet the staff made us stay for an hour in the boat telling us everything was fine and we could do the activity. Once back, we neither got paid back, or neither got a second chance to do the activity Again. I don’t recommend this company cause not safe at all and stole our money.
I enjoyed the experience and most staff were friendly - it would definitely have been five stars if one of the boat drivers hadn't made sexual innuendos about me riding the banana and flyfish, followed by a comment in Spanish which he thought I wouldn't understand as a solo female tourist. Compared me to an "octopussy" in an extremely distasteful move. Tourists aren't stupid and some of them do speak your language. Disgusting.
The company was closed on the day we made our reservation. We didn't get what we paid for so I filed a claim with my credit card company because Aventura Nautica wouldn't respond to our emails.
