Bought a piano online and they were really professional and efficient. Also when the headphones that came with the piano stopped working they responded quickly to our email and took care of the problem.

Bought an apogee quartet, used but was brand new looking. The guy who helped me was so into helping me find out my options, didn't care if I didn't buy the item, he seemed interested on helping me to solve my compatibility issues. That's when he really sold the item to me. The compromise with the customer, and you dont see that everywhere. Thanks so much Auvisa From Mataro. You guys rock!!
