Without doubt the worst after sales service I have experienced in the automotive world. Mercedes you really should be ashamed. You build great cars, but are then let down by the chaos and total lack of professionalism that this dealer provides in their after sales. If only we had a choice of dealer, competition would quickly shake up the Autovidal amateurs.

Car not repaired properly and it should take 20 minutes more. Turned out to be 90 minutes... Bad service!

Why is it that none of the management of Auto Vidal have made their email addresses or telephone numbers available to the clients. If one has a question, it is always necessary to explain the substance to a receptionist who then decides whether management needs to be consulted or feigns to give a message to the appropriate person. Needless to say nothing happens. One has to actually go to Auto Vidal in Palma and then attempt to break the barrier to get to the relevant managerial position. What is obvious is that by hiding their identities and being uncontactable, they are unaware of the chaos that exists within. In this day and age where service is paramount it would seem that this vital facility has passed the management of Auto Vidal by with obvious consequences.

Administration service is slow enough, even if u are buying a car. However once attended to, helpful and courteous. Good reputation however they need to be more customer focused on the floor room show house.

i had an appointment at 9.30 and i had to wait until 10.30 until they could help me. i ordered a mercedes c class as a replacement car and they gave me a smart. their replacement car had almost no fuel in it when i got it (the dash told me that i had 25 km of range). they disregarded everything is said and went behind my back to agree with the insurance company to not repair any chassis damage my car had. eventually i got the car to mainland Spain to have it repaired there. i would even use this company anymore even if it was for an oil change the lack of respect and professionalism they showed is a disgrace for Mercedes benz
