Today's to my visit to Safamotor. I stood up inside this big shop and all of the staff goes around me time and time again, but no one has asked me if I need help, is very strange place. By the end I was fed up waiting, then I had to push my self toward a girl on her desk, I have said is anyone available to help me out for what I need is an audi A3 E tron hybrid s line 2016 so she pointed her fingers out saying you can go ask Martin he is next door. After taking to Martin will you please help me out ,he did tried his best by introducing to young lady, I have said I need to know how to connect my Audi connect system . After a long battle it was no posible to connect to the system, is because other guy in the recambio, that my car not possible to connect, is not compatible only with cars from 2018 .

I've just dropped my A3 for its first service, the lady in the service reception was very patient listening to my dreadful Spanish, I'll up date when I get my car back, so far do good.

I had to take my Audi to replace the airbag, no fault of my own but because Audi advised me that it is a legal requirement due to it being dangerous (sceptical). Anyway, the letter I received told me that I would wait 2 hours. So I took my car and ended up sat there for 3h 30minutes!! Annoying!! However, as I was sat waiting there was free coffee and biscuits.

Me hicieron gastarme unos 6000 euro cuando la averia no llegava ni ha 500 euros... desde mi experiencia nada recomendable.. me hicieron de cambiar bloque de motor, bomba de agua junta culata mariposa de yo que se que , total unos 6000 euros y me lleve el coche roto como el primer dia que lo lleve y a estado en audi unos 6 mese .. lo lleve a un mecanico de calle en una semana arreglado era enfriador de la egr.. si le llevas el coche con el fallo marcado en el cuadro bien por que le meten la maquina y yasta pero como el fallo lo tengan que buscar ellos estas perdido.. lamentable
