I reached out to Charo to help me with my residency and finding a place in Valencia. Within a matter of days Charo organised what most people do in a month. She is thorough, detail oriented, and professional. She conducts her business with the utmost level of integrity and transparency. Her love of Valencia is infectious. Charo is very protective of her clients and always puts your interest first - something I deeply appreciated and experienced first hand. Charo goes above and beyond to make the impossible possible. She lives up fully to her business name; she “assisted us up” with every aspect of buying and managing a flat in Valencia—from the real estate search process, property showings, important recommendations about different neighborhoods, getting our NIE numbers, opening bank accounts, helping us make the offer, negotiating on our behalf, then closing the deal and going through the legal and financial process of finalizing the purchase, and finally (because we aren’t able to move to Valencia yet) helping us to rent the property to responsible tenants who pay reliably on time every month. When one of our tenants broke the tenancy rules, Charo handled the situation swiftly and deftly; when one of our tax payments was delayed, she went personally to the bank to ensure it was in on time. Ms. Charo Suárez was recommended to us by personnel from the bank where we had just opened an account last December (2019). Within minutes, we had secured an appointment with her for the same day. From that very first meeting, we knew we were dealing with a true professional; from that day and until today, Charo has been there for us every step of the way. From giving us the “Introduction to Valencia” talk, evaluating what we wanted and matching our personality and needs to the right neighborhood, arranging 4-5 showings a day for a week (during the holidays!), dealing with all administrative aspects so we had the necessary paperwork to move forward, dealing with other real estate representatives, assisting to expedite the NIE process, arranging everything necessary for a smooth closing, and even after the closing, taking us to the gas/electric/water companies, Charo has demonstrated time and time again how valuable her services are, worth every penny.
