We walked in because they had cocido, a traditional dish from Madrid, which was made with chickpeas from Fuentesauco, a town in our home region. It was an offer we couldn't refuse! We were warmly welcomed with a complimentary glass of cava and the cocido set was delicious, copious (bearing in mind the vegetable dish is missing in the picture) and really well priced. Good service, food, ambiance and overall experience

Great restaurant with friends and family. I'm Indonesian, my wife Spanish. We went with my parents in law for lunch. We really like the food. Service is great. Unique decoration. Muchas gracias.

As far as non-Spanish tourists are concerned, be really cautious about how servers take your order! We specifically indicated a half-serving size (which they allowed in the menu) for all our tapas dishes but they gave us a full-serving size! What a nasty surprise! Tapas dishes were just alright but the non-Tapas dishes were good! sangria was alright!

a chilly night but I still sat outside, overhead heaters made it toasty, even when on your own the staff were friendly and helpful, I settled for a veal chop, nice and big at 550g, just 14.50! bargain.
