Two technicians came to repair ,look at my american Fridge freezer last week Saturday 15 Jan 2020...which I paid 80 euros for..One of the men was very rude asking me not to watch as he worked as it made him nervous..After a while he told me the problem was that the back was full of ice...So to empty the contents and leave it to defrost...I put the towels for all the water that he said would come out...after 24 hours nothing had happened so I tried to contact him... After many calls to the office over two days to get the technician to call me he finally called on Tuesday and over the phone he said I should pay 336 euros for a park that needed to be ordered....with no other explanation..he told everything was working perfect and this would cure the problem..80 euros I paid for this very bad service ,a waste of my money and a bad experience Edit: Thank you for the refund of 50 euros.Was not the full amount but at least it's something..
