Lovely hotel with underground parking and nice staff. The mattresses are a tad hard but with the amount of wear they get I'm not really surprised. The pillows were like trying to sleep on bricks and after a long drive and a long day I needed sleep. With the slamming doors and rock like pillows I got very little. We dropped into the bar for a drink and two lovely sisters were serving, wine was lovely and very good value. Only sour point was when a little long haired scruffy bloke turned up to run the bar, we were happily watching the news and weather but he wanted to watch tennis so changed the channel. I did always think the customers pleasure came before staff but what do I know. so without further ado we abandoned our drinks and left the bar. If you can sleep on a clothes line and want secure parking then this is the place to stay. But watch out for scruffy.

The hotel is comfortable, as for the rest you won't be delighted acutely. Coffee is not available earlier than 7.30 am so forget it if you need to departure early. Receptionist didn't know either where a coffee and or snack was available in the vicinity earlier than 7.30. Car park was full but she wasn't unable to explain if there was any potential for spots becoming available. And finally... plugs were removed from sink and bathtub so forget a relaxing bath after your day of work.
Clean and modern hotel. The attached restaurant and bar were nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay again if visiting Aranjuez.
El hotel actualmente es de cuatro estrellas. El parking que tienen es pequeño y de pago, 8 euros al día. Las habitaciones nuevas y muy bien cuidadas. El desayuno no tiene gran variedad y es muy escaso para ser un cuatro estrellas, hay lo imprescindible, por destacar lo mejor el café que te lo sirve el camarero y lo hace en la maquina del bar. La caja fuerte no la utilizamos, pero al parecer también era de pago. Teníamos dos habitaciones en una no funcionaba la nevera y nos la cambiaron, una de las televisiones no encendia. El personal muy amable y todo muy limpio y correcto, sin duda lo recomiendo.

Muy limpio, bonito y moderno. Muy buen trato en la recepción. La única pega es que la calefacción no funciona nada bien y los filtros no se cambian, por lo que el aire está un poco peor de lo que debe
Hotel muy recomendable, habitación limpia y confortable. El personal de recepción muy amables y atentos. El desayuno completo y muy bien atendido
