Not very big but we had lots of fun. We booked online and found a fabulous deal that included the cost of transportation. We were picked up from the Biosfera Plaza at 9:30am, only a short walk from our villa. The coach journey to Playa Blanc didn’t take too long, 20-25 minutes, and it was lovely and cool thanks to the air con. The waterpark was very clean with lots of lifeguards on duty. My children enjoyed a fabulous day, we’ll be going again next year.

Really fun day out. No queues. Stayed 5 hours reasonably priced meals and drinks . Spotlessly clean. Staff attentive but not overly strict . 4 stars as showers absolutely freezing (yet clean) and dark as lots of lights not working.

We got free access to the aqua park with our stay in the Relaxia Lanzasur Club all-in formule. The aqua park is nice but if you have to pay the entrance yourself I find it a little to expensive... But what I do find very good are the possibilities for children -13. A lot play pleasure in the children's pool! Price in 2020: 0-2Free 3-1114,50 12-9921,00 So it you go with 2 adults and 2 children prepare yourself. But again, with the free access we got by staying in the hotel it's very joyable for the children!

Very small 4 big kid slides and 2 small kids slides ....arrived at 10 am by the bus they provide ...got our drinks and food taken off us at the gate as there is a cafe in the park ... but they don't tell u it doesn't open until 12.30 There is a shop but its 2.50 a pkt of crisps and 3 euro for a slush puppies so make sure u are up and feed before arriving also be careful if using the bus service it leaves at 3pm on the dot dont be 1 minute over or it will be gone ...the girl on reception told us the bus was at 3.30 we left the park gate at 3.01 so my husband and I could have a cigarette before getting on the bus . We waited for the next 35 min to go back and ask if the bus was late to be told by another receptionist that the bus left at 3pm so had to get a taxi to the bus station in playa blanca and get a bus to puerto del carmen ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES ONLY A FEW STAFF MEMBERS KNOW THE DETAILS SO MAKE SURE U DOUBLE CHECK

Small water park, we paid for an afternoon ticket (7 euros for kids, 10 euros for adult) and an afternoon was more than enough to do everything- older children may find it a little lacking. The park was clean and well maintained. The two star is because on entry the ticket office used a currency conversion on my bank card without asking for permission (the price was 34 euros but without asking for permission they applied a GBP price at an extortionate rate- they obviously take a commission on this which is why they accept the rate on the contactless transaction without seeking permission). Fortunately I spotted this and after kicking up a fuss they refunded and charged the correct amount in euros.

Spent the afternoon there with my wife and little boy aged 3. Had a good time. The pool wasn't that hot but was warm enough to go in for a short time. The weather was overcast. The facilities we're very good and the park was clean and we'll staffed. Food and drink we're reasonably priced so all In all a.good day out. Cost us about 40 euros to get in for the whole day. Happy customers.

Good place to go when your ever in Playa Blanca & want to go to an overpriced swimming pool which is freezing.Excellent for families, 4 big water slides, a slow river, wave machine (WHICH IS FREEZING )swimming areas & other compartments that are excellent for kids, if they love shivering and whinging & crying about being cold Expensive food ,beverages and snacks so I’d bring your own if I was you. Water was really cold, the heated pool was not heated at all & was freezing. Staff who worked there seemed unattentive & I wouldn’t bring my kids here with that sort of supervision.I witnessed so called lifeguard workers laughing & joking, messing around on their phones, unaware of what’s going on around them!!24 per person to get in which is unacceptable considering the COMPLETE LACK OF SECURITY!!We could have just walked through free of charge if I knew what to expect. A complete joke, it’s a double turnstile so you can easily get in and out with no security on the gate!! It’s good for people who don’t want to pay but one of them people could be after our children & easily get in!!!compared to the water park in Costa Teguise this place is a complete shambles and needs a good clean and a lick of paint on the water slides too.Only come here on a boiling hot day, only stayed about 90 minutes. Very disappointing overall, I wouldn’t waste your money. Won’t be going back again.

Very enjoyable day at a clean and cared for family attraction. ( I think I might be too old for water slides now!) Staff were friendly and helpful food is good and not too expensive. I hope they expand this place if possible and add more slides would be make even better!!
