Well, 1 star does not describe the process and the level of customer service, facilities to be used when one just drop by and try to have a one day pass- Monica at the entrance cannot explain and sell different options and services they offer- Unable to have a coherent and logical explanation and besides that they wanna charge you on every single activity usage - Oau - one fee per pool plus one fee per jacuzzi etc- However, their spa and solarium are broken so you can not use it but still they wanna charge you. Mediocre facilities, a little dirty to my taste and very obtuse and unprofessional people- I had the opportunity to deal with Lorena and she is another example of sheer stupidity. Stay way from it- there are better places

Very professional swimming lessons for our nursery school children. They love the swimming!
Ok, not as many activities with instructors as you'd wish, specially not in the afternoon/evening. It can get a bit overcrowded sometimes. Activities sometimes also overcrowded and without enough room to actually do the activity comfortably. But overall, nice gym, with pool and spa area.
A great sports center. Ot is a pitty that swiming teachers for the children are changing all the time.
Good pool, great staff. Lots of classes too
