Wow! Wow! Just wow! Based on a lot of negative reviews, I was very hesitant to bring my iPhone to this store for a warranty repair. Don’t listen to the complainers, just come here and ask for assistance! Upon arrival I was setup for an appointment half an hour later. Then returned and a tech ran diagnostics on my phone and took the phone in for warranty repair. Went back an hour later to pick up my device. The place was packed! Yet, I was served immediately and walked out with the repaired phone in my hand 10 minutes later. Top notch service and I didn’t even have to attempt speaking my broken Spanish, all the staff spoke English well enough.

Great place and extremely knowledgeable staff. Always able to sort out my problems swiftly and without any misunderstandings as they speak in non-technical language which is great for those that don't want to be lead down that route which usually ends in confusion. The Apple store in Murcia is always looking highly professional and the range of Apple and other supplier products is impressive. Highly recommend a visit.

Although I can criticise Apple for their overly expensive products and ancillary equipment - their staff and customer service is excellent. Note this visit was due to a dead new IPhone 11 because the latest update crashed it and Apple know their updates do this and must do more testing to stop it and then compensate more if it happens. This ruined my daughters 4 day holiday to visit me as the auto update happened on first day and her new phone crashed sending her into meltdown !
