The only store if you are in Valencia or that part of the coast. Smaller than the one in Madrid for example, but also less crowded and more than appropriate for most needs. Some products may be missing after being launched, but a couple of weeks usually would solve it. Friendly staff. (So far, I only had problems in Brazil! )

I stepped in the store to buy a new phone but the experience was not the best; staff is in a rush and when talking about the iPhone 12 they focused only in the camera without giving a real comparison between the two models I was thinking to buy. By the other hand right in front, with Samsung the staff invested well time on me explaining all the pros and cons of their models and what suits best to me.
The worst experience ever! The treatment of clients by security is not customer friendly at all, just want to turn around and go somewhere else. Very poor service, not what you expect from Apple.
You need an appointment. No information on how to get one on their website. If you call the number provided an automated voice tells you to \hold while we TRY to connect you.\ No guarantees. Rightly so, I was disconnected after 20 minutes on hold. Have given up on Apple; am now much happier with an Android. Getting help is a cinch.
Before you go, please remember to make reservation in advance. We went there 10am, but had to make the reservation for 2pm that day. As the morning reservations were totally full.
