This is the place to stay in Barca. James is a boss and such a lovely guy. Answered every question we had and even gave us 2 gifts! Beautiful apartment and the best location, 10 mins to the beach and 10 mins to the major sights.

Stayed in the top Apartment. It was fantastic, great location. Also the manager is an absolute legend. I am incredible grateful for all his help during my stay. Highly recommend.
Great location in case you wanna be close to the beach (5-10mins walk) and to Sagrada Família. Spacey rooms, nice views from balconies and very friendly personnel. Also you find 5 great places for breakfast/lunch/dinner in one block radius. Places focused on locals not tourists, which will make your experience more real and cheaper ;) If you wanna eat at the beach, walk 5mins and you’ll get the best foodbeach views options BCN can offer. One star less because it can be noisy.
The place is GREAT. So clean , great location, communication with the owners and staff was great ,very helpful. I'm so happy that we choose this place , usually I write review after the stay but I was so pleasantly surprised with everything in the apartment. Have fully equipped with everything what you need to stay for a long vacation (even for short ) RECCOMEND IT , next visit in Barcelona I'll come again here. So nice!!!!!
Comfortable appartement in top floor so no balcony in the front but a small one at the back. Everything you need in appartement is here. Also a garage. During office hours a helpfull staff. Close to the beach and center but not too close. Consider renting bikes.
