Booked to stay 3 nights in August 2020, but had to cancel due to covid restrictions. Was told I couldn't receive a refund but they would email me a credit voucher to book a later date. Never received voucher and later emails ignored.

Very nice apartment, in central Sevilla.
Excellent location, aircon and very clean. Only downside is that wifi does not reach the bedroom and not the best beds
