Positives: The location is good, and it is not too expensive. Negatives: very impersonal place, no friendliness from reception staff whatsoever. The rooms are poorly maintained (we had to move rooms because the Air Conditioning was very loud and not working, clearly needed maintenance); there are plaster cracks in many walls, electrical points not fastened to the wall properly, and so on. Mould on the ceiling of the bathroom. The kitchenette had only very basic cooking equipment, all of which was in poor condition and needed replacing. For a short stay (and if you can get a cheap rate) this is probably a passable, basic option. However the hotel needs to be better maintained, as it shows clear signs of wear and tear. Overall a rather tired property. If the management can address the obvious issues (clear to see from other reviews!) I'm sure the ratings will improve.

Pros : Great location. Big-sized bedroom. I quite liked my bedroom, with a view on the Archeology Museum. Cons : Small kitchen in room, great! But no cutlery, no plates, no pots and just 4 glasses : what’s the point? Room was not ready at 3 PM although it said check-in is 3 PM. No breakfast room. Wi-fi impossible to access. And the place is poorly maintained. Last but not least, staff was not very pleasant. Conclusion : way too expensive, bad value for money.

Service is very poor , miserable breakfast. Apart from dirty walls, rooms are not bad.

There are decent beds and there is working TV set in the room Clean sheets and towels. I won't be fooled twice. - So much noise that you can't sleep if you're not the one that puked on the stairs. - Elevators? Well, I suppose that at least two of four works. Managed to use one. Once. - Didn't meet the stuff. There was just one drunk guy sitting on the reception desk. - If you want camping atmosphere, don't use this ho(s)tel. There are better ways to meet people. - Order? Ain't any.

Beware if you come with a car: parking is expensive. They have a deal with a public parking nearby, but only after the car has stayed 12 hours in a row do you get a second ticket you use to pay "only" 23 euros something for until a whole 24 hours instead of about 35 euro. Parking in the street is even more expensive (except that from 21h to 9h it's free, but it may be difficult to find a place). Services are very few. No common restaurant or buffet or gym or anything (but wifi and tv in the room). Even the mini bar was closed when we were there. No supermarket advertised in its web. But you can buy stuff in shops (a nearby Carrefour is fine) and cook in the small room kitchen. You can do that for breakfasts (or go to any nearby cafeteria, as they themselves recommend instead of the "continental breakfast" they offer to take to your room). The small fridge is enough, but the small kitchen is very poorly equipped. No air extractor. No cleaning/washup stuff, napkins, etc. So you can cook simple things or heat your milk for breakfast, but how do you clean? Few cooking tools, but kitchen very usable if you bring some of your own. The shower was tricky to stabilize water temperature, and not too much pressure. The rest is all good: decent wifi, beds, etc. No hidden charges (as cheap as advertised... because no parking I guess). And, above all, a great location!

Great location. A/C not working in the middle of the summer. Staff keeps promising it will be fixed 'today' for several days now.

I really liked my room and the receptionists were very friendly. I love the central location. I would have given 5 stars if the hotel would not have been undergoing renovation while I stayed there.

The hotel is located in the prime location. Most of the places of interest were at walking distance. The Staff was hospitable and kind.
