I received 4 of the Gold wine glasses as a house warming gift and decided to purchase an additional 2 in June with the expectation that I would be ordering the decanter as well. Had not heard anything about the order until a month later to let me know that I should expect shipment in 2-3 weeks. After another 2 months I was told due to the imperfections on the glasses I would have to wait for a new set of glasses. I appreciated their honesty and was OK to wait for the lovely glasses to arrive. After additional 3 attempts inquiring about the status of my order, I have received nothing, no responses. Their customer service boasts " We're here for you! If you have any questions about your order, or about any of our products feel free to shoot us a message and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Write to us!" And I did, numerous times. I’m very disappointed in the lack of customer service with its long wait times and response times and lack thereof. I think at this point, Antoni Barcelona is hoping I’ll go away because they probably cannot fulfill my order. Unfortunately, it is for these reasons Antoni Barcelona will be losing my business.

If I could give zero, I would. I pre ordered the beautiful blue stomachs wine glasses back in June. And as the other reviews stated I was told that they were imperfect and sent back and then I would be receiving them in 2 to 3 weeks after the September 20th date when I last heard from them. Multiple emails I have sent with no response. I requested a refund still no response, so I'm guessing it's money down drain. It's unfortunate because I was going to use this for Christmas presents. Don't buy from them.
Still waiting on glasses I ordered in August 2019. I have emailed them and received one reply still no glasses. Are they seriously just taking people's money. Horrible do not order from them.
