Appalling customer service. Arranged care for my mum whilst we were going on holiday to Benidorm for the week. All seemed well until 3 days before when I received a call from another agency saying it was being passed to them. Not only was I shocked but extremely annoyed. No one from Angeles had bothered to contact me, let me know what was going on. We had signed a contract with them, shared sensitive information with them and then they let us down. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.
We had the misfortune that we needed to use the Angels several times to care for our father. We could write a book but in conclusion this company is not trustworthy, some employees are not trustworthy, most of their "care staff" have zero medical training and even basic care training is lacking in some cases. Our initial experience several years ago was positive but over the past year that service has deteriorated drastically. Please take care when using their services and make sure you have a contract and care plan in place.
I recently found myself in a terible situation in Spain, not knowing the language or the hospital system left me feeling very vunerable at a very frightening time, I was given the telephone numebr of the Angels, who not only dealt with all translations written and verbal, they also sent a lovely lady to help me care for my family member, i dont know what i would have done with out them, Thank you all, you truly are "Angels"
