Nice place with many automatic fridge that provide drink for a very honest price. A coca cost just 1.70 and not 5 like in Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris or 3.5 in any airport for the same product. There are 2 information desk in the main entrance and of course it is a bit overcrowded but less than other places.

In Malaga for a week, we took ALSA buses for a daytrip to Granada. It worked out well. We bought the tickets online while in the USA, the coaches were comfortable and on time, and the drivers professional and reassuring. Buses almost full, so I would advise booking in advance.

Does your Málaga Airport ticket office open at all on the weekends? You haven't opened for half an hour as of now after you were supposed to and as a result, I've not had a chance to buy my ticket for the optimum bus I have waited 2 hours for. You were due to open half an hour before it arrived. I was forced to buy a ticket for the following bus an hour later online, hoping to use it if there were spaces on the one I aimed to get with no luck. You may say I could've bought one at the bus as I frustratingly discovered but the fact remains that if you opened on time, I wouldn't have needed to because you would have been open. At this point, I'm only using this company because I've not noticed any other bus routes to Granada from Málaga and not because I like it. Since I've written this your office has become 40 minutes late to open. Your buses may be on time but your ticket booths are certainly not. Awful tardiness on your behalf. Awful.

We showed up about 10 minutes before boarding and had no problem getting a ticket with our limited Spanish. Bus was clean and cool once it was on. Bags went under the bus and we had plenty of leg room. It got pretty full but that didn’t really negatively affect us.

They make it difficult. Even when you follow their rules if there's any problem no one will take responsibility. The drivers can be really rude. Here's just a sample of the craziness: You can't buy a ticket from Malaga to Rincon de la Victoria from the office since it's a local route, have to buy from the driver. But if you want a direct ticket to Torre del Mar be careful because the ticket machine will put you on the local bus with no warning! Makes no sense.

Terrible service. They don't care at all about their customers. Make sure you do everything by their rules or its all your problem and you won't get any help from the alsa staff.
