We used this service in Granada and were given the wrong information by the driver and got off at the wrong stop, 20 kilometers from our intended destination. Consequently, we had to continue the journey by taxi. When we filed a complaint all we received was a standard letter disreguarding our experience with this service. \Hacemos. Tu Viaje Mas Facil\. Surely, a joke !

Reliable, Cheap, and saves driving and looking for parking, a must if you are visiting staying in a city centre.. Don't use a car.
