Excellent. I chose to leave family relaxing in the air conditioning at the Airport whilst I popped up on the shuttle bus to collect the car. Regular shuttle, super easy, straight road and one left turn to the car rental place. Staff, super. had to wait a short time to get car. Car spot on brand new SUV Peugeot 5008. Drop off even quicker, again I dropped off family at Airport then returned the car back to company, this is the best idea when you've got young family.

For 3rd year I rent from AutosMenorca (previous OwnerCars) and I am very satisfied. All is perfect! They have new cars. The service is top. Price value is the best. The staff is always very friendly - they recommend us nice places and things to do. I don't find reasonable all these negative reviews - either those people rent a car for the first time or they expect to get Hertz service for 5 times cheaper. People, please, have common sense and read the conditions. If you book a fuel tank full-to-empty, late out-of-hours pickup or delivery, don't damage and scratch the car and all will be perfect.
Excellent service. Needed to ask where you are based in the airport, out the doors and 50m along the covered walkway, so better signage would be helpful. After that fast, efficient and friendly.
Could not ask for more friendlier staff from start to finish, plus there prices and cars are excellent value.
Perfect handling, friendly staff, great new car. Gladly again next summer!!!
