We ordered a starter to share and were told the starter would take a little long due to the nature of the meal. It took around 30-35 minutes, fair enough. After 40 minutes waiting for our mains we asked when they would be ready and were told they were ready now. One main came after another 5-10 minutes and the other a further 5 minutes after that. The food was tasty but we weren't particularly impressed. Another pair of customers left while they were waiting to order. We said we were disappointed with the service and asked if anything could be taken off the bill, we received an apology and told that customers all arrived at the same time (in which case we should have been told to expect a delay on both parts of our meal when we ordered) and that everything takes time to cook. We were there for 1hr 20m and paid 45 for two mains, a starter and two juices, very underwhelmed.
