Horrible service! Avoid Seur if possible. Been at home waiting for an official document.They never came nor called yet the tracking says no one was at home. 13 Euros for a delivery that never took place and never was supposed to! Guy at the reception ok.

The courier with phone number - 674401982 He never comes. He calls for 1 second and drops the call . I call back immediately, but he does not answer. This has been happening for 2 years now. Then a notification comes in the email that I was not at home. Fire him!
I DON'T recomend to anyone to use the services of this company! I waited a few days at home to receive an international shipment, but no one had yet arrived. When I check in the shipment tracking it says they came and no one was home, I have no call, no email, no note in the mailbox that they were here! Maybe the goal is not to receive our shipments on time and to call the paid phone to be charged! I wonder how they allow themselves to play with the patience of people and withhold already paid personal supplies.
very very bad, would not recommend to anyone, i paid extra to get the parcel delivered quickly, however it was delayed for 2 days because they forgot to put it onto the delivery truck.. After asking for an explanation for why, they hung up and then blocked my order number from being entered into the system. As soon as i put the number in the line disconnects. Do not use this company, they are very very unreliable and very unprofessional.
