I had a test drive for an electric ID3 sheduled for a week and got a phone call 10minutes before I reached the salon that the car is not available as the bos is driving in it at that moment. A bit disappointing and they lost a sale as I bought used tesla 3 model with similar characteristics. Gave 2 stars as the lady on the phone was nice and I know it was not her fault.

Two years ago I purchased my Golf and I received great service from Sergio, last week I took it back for it's first service and again I received great service. I think the service assistant was called Raquel and she could not have been more helpful and explained everything in detail before and after the service. A business is only as good as it's staff and in my experience the staff here are super.
The fellow that handled the admission was friendly and efficient. He spoke very good English and possibly German, but I didn't check that. He was also quite happy for me to bring over my 30 years old rabbit drop top for inspection and repairs, which the VW folks in Torrevieja were not. The present inspection was on a newer car and slotted for 2 1/2 hours. It was finished early. Use gps, if you don't know Elche well.
