Very friendly. Good communication and pick up and drop off of bike. Had a puncture and Hector supplied me with inners etc for me to fix myself ( also sent me to his mechanic but I managed). Good selection of routes as well given
I had a nice 4 day road bicycle vacation thanks to the perfect service of owner Hector. Reliable bike provided with some tools in case of flat tire. The bike was adapted to my sizes a couple days before I arrived. ThX!

Very terrible customer service experience. Three of us arrived to a locked door then when we were let in we waited over 10 minutes while the lady was on a personal phone call. It was clear that we wanted to hire bikes and we got our cash out to pay. During this time, a male customer entered and left almost right away as he was not served either. We ended up leaving and as we exited the assistant hung up her phone. Would not recommend!
