Juan Lu and his team were awesome!! Paella was delicious, Sangria yummy and refreshing and the presentation was outstanding. Felt completely pampered and fed well. Thank you Paella Alicante.

Really great experience. I'm a chef and I also spend a lot of time in Alicante - so was hesitant about the experience thinking it might be a bit too basic or \touristy\. But it wasn't at all. I learnt a lot about local ingredients, and the quality of both the produce and the experience itself was really high. Juan Luis has put a lot of effort into the decor, and in providing an authentic and intimate experience. If you live in Alicante or just passing by, I'd highly recommend booking - you'll have a really fun time, eat and drink lots of amazing things, and you'll learn a lot about the local vendors, market, traditional (and modern) ways of doing things etc. Thanks for a really great time!

Highly recommended. Juan Luis and Rosaria provide a great, half day experience from visiting the markets to preparing a truly authentic paella in great company. Authentic ingredients, true hospitality and passion are evident throughout the day. Give this small start-up ago and you won't be disappointed.

Realy a nice and impressive experience. As of the beginning of the workshop buying fresh ingredients and fish at the historical Mercado. Once in the appartement you feel at home and smell a lot of flavours and of course tipical spanish tapas. You realy need to work in the kitchen and at the end have two different paella. Good Wine, Beer and a nice international group. Gracias Juan Luiz and Rosario, Alma, Arroz, Amor

Amazing, interesting and fun. JuanLu is an excellent host. Rosary expert in rice. We have had a lot of fun, especially cooking and knowing the culinary traditions of Alicante. I have been very lucky to have found this experience in Alicante. I live in Valencia for many years and I had my friends, scattered throughout the world of visit. My illusion was to teach them Alicante paella, especially the process of preparing it. Do not go to the good restaurant. Everything was very fun and warm. I was left with the impression of having visited a good friend, as if it were a family Paella Sunday! Congratulations Juan Luis and Rosario.
