Amazing place, located inside Mercado Central (-1 floor). Going there quite often for a Saturday morning breakfast, and it never disappointed me. Great tostadas made by very friendly and pleasant lady :). After the breakfast hours, they serve delicious sushi, which is totally \Alicante must-have\. Professional service. I can only recommend you to try Katana on your own, enjoy! ;)

Extremely good quality of fresh products. Authentic asian spirit on the preparation and presentation of the dishes, with a very nice vibe at the core of El Mercado!
Very disappointed to see my seared tuna come out of a plastic takeaway box from the fridge instead of the grill. Sushi was tasty. Katana is expensive. Can't see me going back.
Food itself was amazing, while on the expensive side compared to other sushi restaurants in the area. The menu was a little bit small and lacked variety.
