Lads this is a scam company. I have a signup for only 1 month. And it is already 4 months they take money from my account. I can't stop this. They just ignore you over and over. I send emails, messages over FB, Twitter and Instagram. Total ignore. I expect they will charge my card again this month. Dropping into Gym makes no difference. They refer to \Madrid\ office to cancel the membership. So DO NOT JOIN THIS SCAMM PLACE!

if you are not a foreigner do not join this gym. They discriminate against non-Spanish by asking for more money. Due to Covid they have taken security measures, the proboem is that they make foreign customers pay for them

I can't deny that the facilities since the refurb and classes are great but once you're signed up, you're locked in. If you pay 99 every 3 months like I do, you only have 6 days every 3 months to cancel your subscription if you are unable to pay or go for a while. Other people have had to go to the bank to stop any payments leaving their bank because they couldn't afford to go, and then get blacklisted and unable to return to Holiday Gym ever again. Also, this is the only gym I have been to where you have to pay to drink water!

A gym, no more no less. Just the registering fees went up from 10 to 30 euros ... Updated review: I pass from 3 stars to 1 because their client relation is unprofessional and unrespectful. They clearly don't care if they lose you. I bought a VIP contract, and after 3 months they told me that it is not VIP (meaning I cannot go in different cities, that's why I need it) or the contract has 2 months less. I will go to Omic and make a complaint. Other subject: it is damn hot and no ventilation today (April 20 2018) and a machine is blocked for repair it has been 3 weeks now. (ref. Photos) I really advise to take care with them because they really make you feel you are a piece of meat.

Travelled in taxi for 30 mins to go for session and was told I have to pay for 3 months ... I'm only on holiday for 6 days... Awful customer service at desk
